The contractor has told us they hope to start work on Friday 6th May ’22.

The Treasurer is pleased to report that the majority of payments have been received for both Garden Maintenance and Carpark repairs. A small number of Households have missed the deadline. A reminder invoice has been issued with a further and final deadline of 5pm Friday 8th April ’22. Hopefully payments will be forthcoming and we will be in a position to instruct the Carpark Contractor to commence work.

Grass cutting should commence within the next week to 10 days. (weather dependant).
